After having designed the brand identity for Kitchening & Co., their macaron packaging needed a new look. Working closely with Carly and Daniel, we discussed various concepts and in the process concluded that the brand needed to communicate the Kitchening belief of community. The idea of fostering relationships and encouraging a healthy and balanced lifestyle, while working with local businesses. The reality is, Kitchening & Co makes good food, and good food brings people together. That’s what they are about, and it’s the outcome of that–that helps them capture their beliefs. Vibrant colours were chosen to bring out the fun and lively nature of the product. Packaging was designed in two sizes, a 6pc and a 12pc box, custom designed to fit the Macarons.
